I finally finished the little baby cardigan for my friend's yet-to-be-born-baby, Maguire. For those of you just tuning in, the pattern is the raglan cardigan from Baby Knits for Beginners by Debbie Bliss. I used Rowan dk cotton for the yarn. I think it turned out very nice, except I had some issues with the buttonholes. I always have the hardest time with buttonholes. I try and try, but they never seem to look right. Oh well. I'm a self-taught knitter. Maybe it's time I asked some other self to teach me how to do buttonholes.
I think the cardi looks FANTASTIC. What a nice job you did, and I love the colours.

The sweater looks great! LOVE the blue and brown. As for the buttonholes? No one will see them when they're buttoned up. I wouldn't worry. Good job!

Oh it SO cute! I love that pattern. Would you believe I'm using it to make a cardigan for a freekin' Beanie Baby?! Lordy!
Oh, anyway, I love the color combo!
